Manage pilot project; stakeholder liaison, design & design review, lead pilot project team members in Italy & Japan, progress monitoring, and product hand-over to phase III implementation team; host & chair workshop, write & maintain reports/SOPs/documentation, lead standards formulation & QA meetings, maintain task/event schedules and contingencies, response to nonlinear events, invite and release expert opinions and committee members, liaison with program leadership and reporting to steering committee.
